You are able to download a complete price list for all services in Microsoft Excel.

To move forward with scheduling your service, please ask your physician to fax your order to our scheduling department at 850-584-0622 or, 850-584-0623. (we don’t have online scheduling capabilities at the present time). You may also call our scheduling department Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:00 pm. Once we receive your order, our scheduling department will call you to schedule your appointment.

Lab orders and routine x-rays do not require an appointment. Please call our lab at 850-584-0889 or our radiology department at 850-584-0877 if you have any questions about your lab or routine x-ray orders.
